Where it falls short: once you try to do something more complex (like 'enter a position when RSI is oversold AND MACD crosses AND volume is above average'), the natural language parsing becomes inconsistent. Sometimes it interprets your conditions correctly, sometimes it misses one. You need to test rigorously. Also, the broker support is limited — mostly major exchanges and a few stock brokers. If your broker isn't on the list, you're out of luck. For simple automations and retail traders who want to dip their toes into algo trading without coding, it's excellent. For professional-grade strategies, you'll outgrow it eventually.

★5 - no coding, no confusing interface — just tell it what you want

I tried 3Commas, Coinrule, and Cryptohopper before finding Capitalise.ai and this is the only one that truly didn't require me to learn anything technical. You literally type what you want the bot to do — I set up a simple DCA strategy for BTC in about 5 minutes by typing 'buy a position in BTC every Monday at 10am'. No grids, no configuration panels, no confusing parameters. The simulation mode is great for testing — I ran my strategies in simulation for 2 weeks before going live. My only wish is that they'd add more exchanges — I use KuCoin for some altcoins and it's not supported yet. Also, the mobile experience is just the web version — no native app. But for what it does, it does it better than any no-code platform I've tried. Capitalise.ai is the most underrated trading automation tool I've found. You literally type strategies in plain English like 'buy a position in BTC when RSI drops below 30 on the 4-hour chart and sell when it crosses above 70' and it converts that into an automated strategy. I've set up about 15 different automations across crypto and stocks and most of them execute flawlessly. The free tier is genuinely usable — you can run active automations without paying. I upgraded to premium mainly for the advanced technical indicators and backtesting, but the free tier got me through the first 2 months. Caveat: it only works with supported brokers/exchanges (they integrate with a decent list but not everyone), so check compatibility first. Also, complex multi-condition strategies can sometimes behave unexpectedly — test in simulation mode before going live. But for retail traders who can describe their strategy in words but can't code, this is a game changer.
